What we collect

When you ask for a cash offer, we collect what you type into the form: your name and phone number, the property address, your situation, the condition of the house, and your selling timeline. If you start the form and do not finish it, we still receive the name and phone number you entered, and we may call you about your offer. Our server also records basic technical details with each request, like the page the form was sent from and the time it took to fill out. We use those details to filter out automated spam. If you reached us from an advertisement, we also record which ad it was.

How we use it

We use your details for one thing: preparing your cash offer and contacting you about your property. Your details go into the customer system we use to manage offers and follow up with you.

Who can see it

Our local team, and the services that run this website. The site is hosted on Vercel, and form details pass through our hosting and our customer system to reach us. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists. We only call or text you about your property and your offer.

Ads and measurement

We advertise on Google to reach home sellers. When you arrive from an ad, the link carries an identifier that tells us which ad you clicked. We keep that identifier in your browser for up to 90 days and attach it to your request, so we know which ad brought you to us. Our measurement tools also use cookies to see standard web activity, like the pages you visit on this site.

When you complete the form, we send Google a scrambled version of your phone number, not the number itself. Scrambling is one way: it lets Google confirm that a real request came from a real ad click, and it cannot be turned back into your phone number. We do not send your name, your address, or your answers to Google.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the details you sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Call or email us and we will take care of it.
